Services for Phyllis J. (Nuhn) Weber, 93, formerly of Willoughby Hills, will be at 2 PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the time of the service on Wednesday, at the funeral home. <br><br>Mrs. Weber passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services in Willoughby.<br><br>Born November 22, 1919 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Willoughby Hills resident.<br><br>She loved German Shepherds, cats and all of nature’s wildlife in her yard. She will be fondly remembered as “Mom Number Two” by her nieces and nephew. <br><br>Survivors are her nieces, Kathy Watson and Pamela (James) Santarchangelo and nephew, Thomas (Linda) Talcott. <br><br>She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford in 1986; parents, Conrad and Florence (James) Nuhn; sisters, Marjorie Talcott, Esther Neiner and Lois Kalman and niece, Karen Talcott.<br><br>Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc., 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110-2602 or Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Boulevard, Unit E, Mentor, OH 44060. <br>
