Graveside services for Robert C. “Bob” Gillispie, 82, of Mentor, will be at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Willoughby Memorial Gardens, 38650 Lakeshore Blvd., Willoughby, OH 44094 (Section D; please meet at grave)

Bob passed away January 3, 2019 at Burton Healthcare Center. He was born September 18, 1936 in Julian, West Virginia.

Bob was an U.S. Army Veteran. He was a retired coal miner.

Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, and music.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara (Harmon) Gillispie of 56 years; children, Sharon Gillispie, Debbie Gillispie, and Mike Gillispie; grandchildren, Daina, Grant, Alex, and Michael. He also leaves behind two brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayward and Norma Gillispie.

Family suggests contributions be made to Cleveland Clinic Hospice, 6801 Brecksville Rd., #10, Cleveland, OH 44131 or to Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106.
