Funeral services for Robert Nubert, 90, of Willowick, will be 11 AM on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. <br><br>Mr. Nubert passed away Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at Euclid Hospital. <br><br>He was born March 20, 1925 in Cleveland. <br><br>He was an U.S. Navy Veteran, serving in World War II. He retired from Cyberex and prior to that he worked at Clark Control for many years. <br><br>Bob was respected and loved by everyone that knew him, especially his children and grandchildren. “Today the world lost a great man.” <br><br>Survivors include his beloved wife, Ethel “Chris” (Herman) of 68 years; cherished children, Connie (Chuck) Turner, Carla (Earl) Harris, Carey (Dale) Baughman, Tom (Vickey) Nubert, Jim Nubert, Cathy (Dave) Satyshur, and Tim (Stephanie) Nubert; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. <br><br>He was preceded in death by his sister, June Sinclair. <br><br>Family will receive friends 4-7 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.<br><br>Family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.<br>

Mr. Nubert passed away Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at Euclid Hospital.

Bob was respected and loved by everyone that knew him, especially his children and grandchildren. “Today the world lost a great man.”
