R. Frances “Fran” Kaminsky<br><br>Graveside services for R. Frances “Fran” Kaminsky, 102, of Willoughby, will be at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township.<br><br>Miss Kaminsky passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Fairmount Health Center in Willoughby.<br><br>Born on September 5, 1914 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Euclid resident before moving to Willoughby 20 years ago.<br><br>She was an involved member of the Willoughby (Browning) Senior Citizens Center in Willoughby, Mentor Senior Citizens Center and Telephone Pioneers of America. <br><br>Miss Kaminsky worked for 31 years as an operator for the former Ohio Bell Telephone Company, retiring in 1977.<br><br>Survivors include her great nieces, great nephews and extended family. <br><br>She was preceded in death by her parents, Aloysius and Anna (Pavlovic) Kaminsky; sisters, M. Eleanor Kaminsky and Anne Conley, both of Willoughby; nephew, Tom Conley of Mentor, and nieces, Judith Carter and Anne Kutina both of Willoughby.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc., 17876 Saint Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110-2602.<br><br>Arrangements entrusted to Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, Willoughby. www.davisbabcock.com<br>

Miss Kaminsky passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Fairmount Health Center in Willoughby.

Born on September 5, 1914 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Euclid resident before moving to Willoughby 20 years ago.
