Ross D. Lombardy, Jr. (age 77) of Willoughby, Ohio passed away September 30, 2020 with his loving wife Jean at his side at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.

He was born June 18, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to Ross D. Lombardy, Sr. and Louise Lombardy.

Ross was a graduate of Brush High School and attended college in Florida and in Cleveland. Ross was employed at Seaway Foods, which later became Riser Foods, and he retired in 1990. He then enjoyed his hobby job of driving a school bus for the Solon School System for six years.

Ross enjoyed traveling and spending the winter months in Florida with Jean and playing cards. His favorite hobbies were NASCAR and airplanes.

He is survived by his loving wife Jean, daughters, Julie Lombardy of Akron and Sheri (Jeff) Dutcher of Wickliffe; grandson, Bradley Dutcher; sister, Kathie Kaufer of Colorado; brothers, David of Solon and Tom of Colorado. He also leaves his stepchildren, Samantha and Darin and step grandchildren Jacob, Billy, Jack and Jesse.

Ross was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Mary Lombardy and Louise Lombardy and his nephew, Kris Kaufer.
