Sandy (Deans) Prekel<br><br>Services for Sandy (Deans) Prekel, 89, of Willowick, will be at 4 PM on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.<br><br>The family will receive friends from 1-4 PM on Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.<br><br>Mrs. Prekel passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Maltz Hospice in Beachwood. <br><br>Born June 13, 1928 in Cleveland, she has lived in Lake County for the past 50 years. <br><br>Sandy will be remembered as a Godly woman who was blessed with His strength, Grace and beauty and loved her Lord. <br><br>Survivors are her husband of 24 years, Gary; children, Kathy (Renard, deceased) Flack, Gary (JoAnne) Deans and Doug Deans; grandchildren, Jason (Shannon) Deans, Michael Deans, Joshua Flack and Zachary Flack; great-grandchildren, Allyson and Evan Deans; brother, Ralph Ferrara and sister, Gerrie Pappalardo. <br><br>She also leaves her husband Gary’s families, close friend, Jeffrey Kaelber and niece Katherine Meyers. <br><br>She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Katherine (Minillo) Ferrara and her brother, Joseph Ferrara. <br><br>
