Services for Virginia Rosalind (Selig) Small, 92, of Mentor, will be at 10 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Mentor United Methodist Church, 8600 Mentor Avenue, Mentor. The Rev. Beverly L. Wrobel will officiate at the service.
Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery following the service.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 PM on Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Church.

Mrs. Small passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in Mentor.

Born June 6, 1921 in Madison, IN, she has lived in Mentor since 1955.

She was a member of Mentor United Methodist Church, where she served on the Altar Guild and was involved in the Asbury Fellowship. She was also a member and past president of both Mentor Women’s Club and Mentor Miscellany Club; a member of Painesville Monday Club, Lunch Bunch and Red Hat Club. She loved her friends.

She was a realtor and broker at the former Wyman/Century 21 office in Painesville for 20 years, retiring in 1984.

Survivors are her sons, William (Denise) Small of Mentor and Robert (Leslie) Small of Solon and grandchildren, Carli Small and Andrew Small.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Charles W. Small on July 10, 1984. Her parents, Raymond and Mary (Chapman) Selig and sister, Dede Barton are also deceased.
