Services for Wesley Michael McCauley, Sr., 76, of Eastlake, will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
Mr. McCauley passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Golden Living Center – Western Reserve in Kirtland.
Born March 24, 1937 in Cleveland, he has lived in Eastlake for the past 51 years.
He was a United States Army veteran.
Mr. McCauley was employed as a machinist and grinder at Non-Ferrous Metal Products Company. He retired in 1992 after 28 years of service.
Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Mary E. (Adorni) McCauley; sons, Wesley M. (Susan) McCauley, Jr. of Mentor, Steven M. (Tami) McCauley of Lancaster, and Darrin M. (Jamie) McCauley of Mentor; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Frances Rush of California. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth (Childs) McCauley and his brother, Robert McCauley.
The family will receive friends from 2-4, 6-8 PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert A. Gaston will officiate at the service. Final resting place will be in Mentor Cemetery.
