Richard Miller, 83 SALEM – There will be an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, Aug. 20, at St. Paul Church in Salem with the Rev. Robert R. Edwards celebrating the Mass for Richard Miller, 83, who passed away Thursday morning, Aug. 16. Richard was born Jan. 22, 1929, in Steubenville, the son of Harry W. and Rose Irene (Wright) Miller. He was employed as a painter with Youngstown State University, retiring in 1990. He was a member of St. Paul Church and the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree. Richard will always be remembered by his wife, the former Barbara Ann Saintz, whom he married Aug. 5, 2001; three sons, Richard (Sandy) Miller of Poland, Alfred (Kathy) Miller of Austintown and Bruce Miller of Youngstown; a daughter, Rosemary (Butch) Ferraro of Austintown; Cathy (Mike) Sheets of Boardman and Patty (Ron) Ferguson of Fredonia, Pa.; grandchildren, Michael (Renee) Zysk, Christopher Zysk, Angie (John) High, Brian Miller, Kelly Dewitt, Ken Conrad, Nicole Miller, Amber Miller, Brandon (Amber) Miller, Tabitha Patrone, TJ (Belva) Graham, Tyler and Trevor Bord, Bradly Ferguson; and great-grandchildren, Taymer and Michael. Besides his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth (Kelly) Miller; a daughter, Diane Conrad; a son, Harry William Miller; six brothers, Alfred, Clarence, William, Sam, Eugene and Donald Miller; and a great-grandchild, Carol Dewitt. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman and again on Monday, Aug. 20, from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at St. Paul Church.
