A Celebration of Life for Cheri Lynn (Flaming) Linthicum, age 63, of Broken Arrow, formerly of Enid, is 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Scott Gassoway will officiate. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Cheri was born October 29, 1953 in Enid to Bernard Flaming and Alberta (Regier) Flaming, and passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Cheri is preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Flaming, her brother, Eldon, paternal and maternal grandparents and aunt, Kleta Wallace. She is survived by her husband David Linthicum, of the home in Broken Arrow; her father, Bernard Flaming, of Ponca City; two children, Lacy Ferguson and husband James, of Broken Arrow; Jerod Linthicum, of Tulsa; three brothers, Daryl, Brent, and Sam Flaming, sister Anita Flaming; five grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Memorials in Cheri’s name may be made to Enid Mennonite Brethren Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
