Opal Neoma Chapman Roberts was born March 14, 1928, and passed from this life on February 18, 2019. She lived for nearly 68 years at her home in Webbers Falls where she and her late husband, P. L. "Tude" Chapman raised their children. She was a gifted seamstress.

She was preceded in death by her husband, P. L. "Tude" Chapman, and son Jimmie Davis.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Stephanie Chapman, of Bartlesville, daughter, Karen Chapman, of Allen, Texas, daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Brad Hammack, of Muskogee. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Amanda Chapman, of Bartlesville, Jeff and Ashlee Chapman, of Bartlesville, and Eric Hanson of Muskogee, as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Evan, Londyn, and Madelyn.
