Dewane Delmer Johnson passed away June 28, 2017 at his home in Odell, Oregon surrounded by family. Dewane was born November 8, 1932 and was 84 years of age at the time of his passing. Dewane was born in Parkdale, Oregon to Oscar Dewane and Marie Clara (Siefert) Johnson. He married Myrtle June Miller on February 8, 1959 in Hood River, Oregon and they were blessed with three children; Debbie, David & Lorie, and Michael. Dewane drove truck and worked for Hanel Lumber Company. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and never knew a stranger. Dewane is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife, Myrtle Johnson of their home in Odell, Oregon; children, Debbie (and husband, José) Ramirez, David Johnson and Michael Johnson; grandchildren, Amy Johnson, Josh Johnson, José Ramirez, Maria Marquez, Trevor Johnson and Brady Johnson; great-grandchildren, Abby Johnson, Analise Ramirez, Julio Marquez, Belinda Marquez and Angelica Marquez. He was preceded in death by his parents.
