Albert E. Wagner, 78, formerly of Spruce Creek died Sunday July 15, 2018 at Arista Care at Woodland Park, Orbisonia. He was born March 16, 1940 in Lock Haven son of the late Hugh E. and Tillie M. (Schrack) Wagner. On May 10, 1962 he married Lois A. Campbell at Winchester, Va., and she preceded him in death on April 6, 2007. Surviving are four children, James W. of Warriors Mark, Roy D. of Tyrone, Dorothy I. Thompson of Shirleysburg and Kathy Jo Wagner; and many grandchildren. Friends will be received from noon to 1pm Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwoood. A funeral service will be held at 1pm Wednesday at the funeral home, Pastor Bill Esborn officiating. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.
