Allan L. “Lindy” Edmiston, 87, Rawlings, MD died Tuesday at the home of his nephew in Riggles Gap, Altoona, PA. Born in Altoona son of the late Roy and Nina (Whiteman) Edmiston. He was twice married first to Bertha Edmiston then to Elizabeth Baum, both who preceded him in death. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was the last of his immediate family preceded in death by 7 siblings. Allan was a US Army veteran serving during World War II. He retired as a plumber and HVAC technician.
