Diane Woomer
Diane J. Woomer, 71, Altoona died early Saturday morning at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. She was born in Altoona and raised in the home of the late Harvey and Mary Reimer. On March 5, 1966 she married Patrick G. Woomer in Winchester, Va. and he preceded her in death on May 26, 1998. Surviving are two daughters, Susan G. (Stephen) Blackie of Altoona and Lorrie A. (Preston) Imler of New Enterprise; three grandsons, Tyler P. (Mystee) Ryan, Ethan P. and Benjamin Blackie; and a great granddaughter, Skylar Ryan. Diane retired as a seamstress at E.R. Carpenter Co., Antis Township and was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Altoona. She loved and adored her grandchildren and enjoyed watching them play sports. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or funeral service. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.Obituary
