Marjorie J. Dodson, 75, Bellwood died Sunday morning at her home. She was born in Bellwood daughter of Helen L. (Caswell) and the late Chester W. Williams. She married Harvey C. Dodson on Aug. 10, 1956 in Winchester, Va. Surviving are her husband of 58 years; two sons, Bryan K. of Tipton and Brad A. of Bellwood; two daughters, Bonnie C. (Glenn) Potts of Tipton and Bobbi A. Turnbaugh of Bellwood; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her mother of Bellmeade; a brother, Donald W. (Judy) Williams of Crestview, Fla.; and a sister, Tina A. (Galen) Henderson of Bedford. She was preceded in death by a son, Bruce C.; a daughter, Brenda K. Ryder; and sister, Mona L. and infant twin sisters, Kay and Karen. Marjorie retired as a housekeeper at Altoona Hospital after 20 years of service. She loved shopping and cooking and especially spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 6-8pm Wednesday, February 4, 2015 and 10-11am Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A funeral service will be held at 11am Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Kenneth Beichler officiating. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. The family suggests that contributions in Marjorie’s memory be made to the American Cancer Society Blair Unit.
