Patrice Lechner

Patrice A. Lechner, 50, Altoona died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon at UPMC Altoona Emergency Department. She was born in Altoona daughter of Beverly A. (Davensizer)(Shank) Thomas and the late John V. Shank, Sr. Surviving are a son, Frank W., and his wife Mackenzie of Bellwood; a daughter, Ashley R. Whitehead, and her husband, Devin of Altoona; her granddaughter, Harper R. Whitehead; her mother, Beverly; four siblings, John V. Shank, Jr. of Altoona, R. Lee Shank in Connecticut, Kim Floyd of Juniata and Mollie Colbert of Knoxville, TN; and three step siblings, Terry Thomas of Murphy, NC, Lisa Thomas of Wiesbaden Germany and Bobbie Dailing of Sarasota, FL. She was also preceded in death by her step father, Robert Thomas Patrice was a 1984 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and was employed in retail management. She enjoyed reading and especially loved spending time with her granddaughter, Harper. Friends will be received from 6- 7pm Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A memorial service will be held at 7pm Tuesday at the funeral home, Pastor Elijah Tower officiating.
