Phyllis E. Conrad, 87, Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Bellwood died Monday evening February 3, 2020 at her home. She was born October 8, 1932 in Bellwood, daughter of the late Brincley H. and Catherine N. (Campbell) Miller. She was twice married, first to Raymond Lewis who died in 1993, then to Charles Conrad who preceded her in death in 1994. Surviving are two sons, Timothy R. Lewis of Burke, Va. and Patrick M. Lewis of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren, Rachel, Mary and Lauren Lewis; a brother, L. Jay Miller of Bellwood; and three sisters, Betty J. O’Donald of Harleysville, Nancy Wertz of Waynesboro and E. Shirley Stone of Carlisle. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Lewis; two brothers, Brincley and George; and a sister, Velda McCoy. Phyllis was a 1950 graduate of Bellwood Antis High School and a member of Tipton Baptist Church. She retired as a secretary at Epworth Manor, Tyrone. Phyllis enjoyed painting and creating artwork. Friends will be received from 1-3pm Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A funeral service will be held at 3pm Sunday at the funeral home, Pastor John Pine officiating. Interment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. The family suggests that contributions in Phyllis’ memory be made to Tipton Baptist Church.
