Theresa Lingafelt

Theresa A. Lingafelt, 66, Bellwood died unexpectedly Tuesday at her home. She was born in Lilly daughter of the late John Frank and Anna R. (Sady) Latoche. Surviving are a son: Patrick F. (Linda) of Locust Grove, GA; three grandsons: Patrick, Zachary and Jackson; three brothers: John (Sara Jane) Latoche and William (Joan) Latoche both of Lilly and David (Nancy) Latoche of Portage; four sisters: Carrie (Kurt) Dell of Wilmore, Genevieve Gibson of Portage, Louise (Paul) Krug of Bellwood and Marion (Matt) Zunich of Portage. She was preceded in death by a brother: Frank and a brother in law: Ed. Theresa was a 1968 graduate of Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She retired in 2010 as a recovery room registered nurse at Altoona Regional Health System. Theresa was a certified perianesthesia nurse and a member of the Pennsylvania Association of PeriAnesthesia Nurses Board of Directors. She enjoyed reading, traveling, flower gardening and loved her cats. Friends will be received from 6-8pm Friday, January 10, 2014 and 9 until the 10am funeral service on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc., Bellwood, Rev. David H. Roesch officiating.
