<p>Evelyn Louise Bauder (nickname “Toot Bauder”), 75, entered eternal life in Heaven on January 18, 2019.</p><p>Born in Bethlehem “in a community under the 378 Hill to Hill Bridge.” She was the daughter of the late Warren Bauder and Evelyn Mae (Voytko) Catalanotti, and stepdaughter of the late Matthew Catalanotti.</p><p>She graduated from Liberty High School in 1960. Her first job was working as a secretary to the Director of Nursing at the Allentown State Hospital. She traveled often, held a variety of part time jobs, eventually moved to Elk Rapids, Michigan, and opened her own restaurant called the Cherry Bucket. </p><p>She returned to Bethlehem and worked for the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce in marketing and tourism. She ultimately retired from working for the City of Bethlehem as a Health Inspector in 2000. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling around the world and taking care of her gardens and fish pond. In recent years, she loved feeding the birds and spending time at the Sands Casino. </p><p>Survivors:</p><p>She is survived by her brother, James Bauder, of Cedarbrook in Allentown; Nieces and Nephews, and her dearest friend of 36 years, Tina Brown of Allentown. She was a very considerate, loving friend to many and will be missed dearly.</p><p>Services:</p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Monday, February 4, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. for a prayer service in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Offer condolences at www.jamesfuneralhome.org.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
