Willa D. (Drake) Goblowsky, 71, of Effort, passed away on Monday, December 11 in Brookmont Healthcare Center. She was the wife of Joseph F. Goblowsky. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in June. Born in Moundsville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Williams and the late Florence Drake. Joe and family would like to thank the Visiting Angels Home Care and the Revolutionary Home Health nurses who helped to provide assistance to Willa. She will be missed by her beloved dog, Samson. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a granddaughter, Jennifer K. Drake; a cousin, John B. Emery and his family; and dear friends, Elizabeth and Anthony Holding.
