Shirley May Boggs Heckman, age 64, of Fannettsburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at South Mountain Restoration Center. Born August 14, 1952, in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert John Henry and Mary Louise Hogan Boggs. Shirley was a 1970 graduate of the Fannett – Metal High School. She worked for a number of years as a notary at Sunset Auto Sales. She enjoyed reading, going to the beach, puzzles, NASCAR, hiking, and playing darts. Surviving are four siblings, Connie Mulholland (husband John) of Williams Township, PA; Nancy Keck (husband Barry) of Fannettsburg, PA; Lou Ann Shotsberger (husband Eric) of Millerstown, PA; and James Allen Boggs of Fannettsburg, PA; and seven nieces and nephews. Services and interment will be private and are entrusted to the Agett-Geisel Funeral Home, Dry Run, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2595 Interstate Dr, Ste. 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
