Linda Lee (Burns) Mason, 63, of rural Indiana, died Thursday, June 27, 2019, at her residence. Born in Indiana, September 4, 1955, she was a daughter of the late, John Thomas Burns and Virginia Mae (Belton) Burns. She was the widow of Russell B. Mason who died March 16, 2016. Linda was a homemaker who lovingly cared for her family. She enjoyed BINGO, Scratch Off Tickets and going to Casinos. She especially liked cookouts with her family. Linda is survived by the following children: Helen Mason, of Indiana; John Mason and his girlfriend Tina Esposti, of Indiana; Russell “Buck” Mason and his wife Betty, of Indiana; and Jamie Mason and his girlfriend Amanda Rearick, of Indiana. Her surviving siblings include: Richard Burns, Indiana; Goldie Burns, Brownstown; and Ruth Gray, Indiana. Linda had 8 grandchildren: Sarah Clark, Bryan Mason, Elizabeth Mason, John Mason, Jr., Tabitha Mason, Noah Mason, Alissa Mason, and Kevin Mason. Her great-grandchildren are: Shane Clark, Layla Clark and Arianna Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant sister, Emily Burns and Son-in-law, Ralph Clark. Friends will be received Sunday, June 30th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer. Her funeral will be held Monday morning at eleven o’clock at the funeral home. Rev. Robert White will officiate. Interment will be in the Independent Country Cemetery, Alverda.
