Vito Bianco, 91, of Bethlehem, passed away at St. Luke's Hospice House on Sunday, July 22, 2012. He was the husband of 51 years, to the late Esterina DiNino Bianco, who passed away April 10, 2011. He was born Nov. 10, 1920 in Santa Ninfa, Italy, to the late Gaspare and Maria (LoTruglio) Bianco. Always working with his hands, he was a skilled dressmaker for Pembroke Dress Factory. He later worked for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation. Vito was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Church, and it's Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the MORA Club. Vito enjoyed gardening, canning fruits and vegetables, fishing and making homemade wine with his family. Survivors: He has one son Gaspare married to Susan with a grandson, Christopher all from Bethlehem; younger Brother Giuseppe Bianco of Oshawa, Canada and older sister Giuseppa Truglio of Santa Ninfa. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by Brother Rosario from Peterborough, Canada. Services: 11am Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday July 25, 2012 in St. Anne's Catholic Church 450 E. Washington Ave. Bethlehem, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10-11am in the church. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Memorials: In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Luke's Hospice, Holy Family Manor or St. Anne's Church. Vito's arrangements are entrusted to Cantelmi Funeral Home, Fountain Hill.
