Adelaide McFadden

1929-2017 Adelaide Gloria McFadden, (nee Walwyn) 87 of Springfield Twp, Morton PA died Sunday February 26, 2017 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francis and the late Adelaide (Sanders) Walwyn. She was a teacher for 28 years at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Morton PA. After retirement she volunteered in their library. Gloria was also a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and it’s senior group. She enjoyed spending summers in Ocean City, NJ. Predeceased by her husband Thomas R. McFadden, Sr. and her son Thomas R. McFadden, Jr. Survived by her daughter Kathleen (Richard) McFadden-Joy and her son Patrick F. (Sandra) McFadden , and her daughter in-law Maryellen McFadden. 2 grandchildren, Matthew and Amanda McFadden. Funeral Mass: Saturday March 4, 2017 at 10:30 am at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Ave, Morton PA 19070. Friends may call Saturday from 9 - 10:15 am at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church. Burial: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
