Ann L. Hetzel, ( nee Costello) 96 of Ridley Twp, Secane, PA, died Friday June 12,2015 in Taylor Hospice, Ridley Park, PA.. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and the late Mary (nee Passarela) Costello. Ann was a resident of secane for the past 63 years coming from South Philadelphia She was a Homemaker. In her early years Ann was a Girl Scout Leader and was active in Ridley School District in the PTA and other activities with her daughter .She worked in the snack bar in Strath Haven High School. Ann was an active member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Secane. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and gardening. Predeceased by her loving husband Gerald M. Hetzel. Her siblings Anthony and Salvador Costello, Laura , Bernice,and Josephine Testone. Survived by her daughter: Geraldine A. Kearns of Pittsburgh, PA 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, 8 nieces and 4 nephews. Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 am at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 2545 Franklin Ave, Secane Visitation Wednesday 9-10:15am at the church Interment Private.
