Anthony ( Andy) John Gahles, 74 of Swarthmore, PA., and Wildwood, NJ, loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather passed away peacefully at home on January 17,2013 ,surrounded by his family Andy was retired from congoleum after 26 years of service . He previously worked at the NY Shipyard and Triangle Publications. He was a veteran of the U.S. ARMY and member of the North Wildwood Elks. But most of all Andy loved spending time with his beloved wife and family, traveling with his wife, and enjoying summers at the Jersey Shore. He was an astute history buff, connoisseur of old movies/westerns, an expert at solving crossword puzzles and loved listening to Elvis Pressley. He was predeceased by his parents: William D. Gahles, Sr. and Agnes (Ward) Gahles, Brother William D. Gahles, Jr. and Sister, Mary Gahles Survived by his devoted wife of 50 years: Barbara R.(Seiverd) Gahles .Daughters: Janis Marie (Mark) Gahles-Benfield, Lori Ann Gahles, and Amy Lynne DiDomizio Grandchildren: Richard R.
