Carol Ann Scialabba 12/27/47 – 04/02/17 Carol Ann Scialabba (Smith), resident of Morton, PA, died Sunday the 2nd of April at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Born in 1947 in Philadelphia, PA., Carol worked for over 30 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and private caregiver. Carol was known for her kindness and compassion. She would always help someone in need, even if she had little for herself. There was always a place at her kitchen table with a hot meal, a cup of coffee and an ear for your troubles. Carol never found a stray animal that she didn't love. She is survived by her children, Thomas Scialabba, Tracey Dernoski and Kimberly Gunn (Dernoski) and 7 grandchildren; by her siblings, Robert Smith, Steven Smith, Cheryl Kaufmann (Smith), Bette Rodriguez (Kelly), Jay Kelly and Todd Kelly.
