1942-2015 Concetta M. LaMorte “Connie” (Borgese), age 72, of Upper Chichester, passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2015 where she spent her final days surrounded by her family. Born in Chester, PA, Connie was the beloved daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Borgese and wife of the late Anthony LaMorte. Connie is survived by her children - Louis DeVito, Jr. (Michele), Mark DeVito (Pam), MaryBeth Cheeseman (Martin), Denise Dever (Brian); grandchildren - Dominick DeVito (Cheree), Louis DeVitoIII (Chrystina), Mark DeVitoII, Matthew DeVito, Anthony Cheeseman, MariaElena Cheeseman, Morghan Dever, Marisa Dever; great grandchildren - Madison DeVito and Dominick DeVito Jr.; sister Catherine Firlien (James), brother Samuel Borgese ( Darrese); nieces Heather Schreiber (Mark) and Samantha Hagopian (Philip). Connie was a hair-stylist in her younger years and worked in the airfreight business for the last 35+ years. She was well known and well liked throughout the tristate area. She was a fabulous cook and thoroughly enjoyed sharing her dishes with family and friends. Connie was heavily involved with her children and grandchildren. She was known to be compassionate, generous and kind with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold.
