Francis Tiger

1937-2017 Francis M Tiger, 79, of Morton, PA, died Thursday June 29, 2017 in the Crozer-Keystone Hospice at Taylor Hospital, Ridley Park, PA. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he is predeceased by his late parents, Frank and Mary (nee Schwemmer) Tiger. Frank served during the Berlin Crisis in the US Army. He later was a sales representative with Louderback North America/Mayflower Van Lines. Frank was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and was active with their parish activities. He enjoyed reading, following sports, gardening, golfing, collecting baseball cards, and “feeding all the animals.” He coached baseball, football, and bowling for the Kedron Youth Association. Frank enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Pre-deceased by his siblings: Marietta McDaid, Virginia Kelly, and John J. Tiger. Survived by his wife: Elizabeth (nee Weiser) Tiger, his children Michelle Tiger, Mark J. Tiger, Marybeth (Reuben) Tiger–Wesley, Michael (Michael Rivera) Tiger, Jacquelyn (Joseph) Tiger-Williams, seven grandchildren: Lauren, Caitlin, Grace, Joey, Josh, Ben, Ellie, many loving nieces and nephews and their children. Frank’s funeral mass will be held Wednesday, July 5th at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton. Friends may call Wednesday from 9-10:30 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Crozer-Keystone Hospice, Residence at Taylor Hospital, 175 E. Chester Pike, Ridley Park, PA 19078. Arrangements by Kevin M.
