Frederick W. David, 53 of, Clifton Heights, PA, died Wednesday July 8,2015 in his home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Frederick E. and the late Helen Ann (Gallagher) David. Fred was a ticket manager for 30 years with SEPTA's Regional Rail System. He belonged to Juniata Park Stringband and Knights of Columbus deLa Salle Council 590.
