Helen Mullenix

Helen J. Mullenix, 80 of Eddystone, PA, died Sunday November 27,2016 in her home. Born in Ardmore, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and the late Mary (Harnett) McFadden. The matriarch of our family, she was a homemaker, who was devoted to her family and many friends. Known to many as Mom-Mole, she was active in the Kinder Park section of Ridley Twp. for 52 years. Pre-deceased by her children: Clyde, John, Daniel, Sandra and Jack Mullenix. Survived by her children: Charles Mullenix, and his wife Mary Ellen; Wayne Mullenix; Dee Mullenix; and Sharon Williams. Sisters: Theresa Buskirk and Anne Nicholl. Brothers: The late John and Edward McFadden. Grandchildren: Clyde; Shaun (wife, Colleen); Chuck (wife, Sara); Matt (Rosie); Brent Mullenix, Jessica Woodward (husband, Charles); Sandy; Candy; Brandy; Mandy; and Gary Williams. Great Grandchildren: Ciara, Hailey, Hayden, Daniel Mullenix and Caleb Woodward. And many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00 am at Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service, 202 S. Chester Pk, Glenolden, PA. Visitation: Friday from 10-11:00 AM at Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service Interment of remains: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
