Joseph J. “ Abe” Manley, 67 of East Lansdowne, PA, died Sunday July 27, 2014 in his home Born in Media, PA, he was the son of the late Edward and the late Katherine ( nee Dougherty) Manley He lived in East Lansdowne for the past 35 years coming from Clifton Hts. Joe was an Army veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 358, Clifton Hts. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Joe was a retired Carpenter, employed by union Local 845. Survived by his wife: Carol M ( nee Ward) Manley and two sons: Joseph E. ( Carolyn Hinchey) Manley, Sean P ( Michelle Lyons) Manley his sister: Mary Ellen Young and two brothers: Edward and Patrick Manley and 7 grandchildren, and his companion Mary Ann Primo Funeral Mass Friday 10am St. Cyril Of Alexandria Church, 153 Penn Blvd., East Lansdowne Friends may call Thursday from 7-9PM at Kevin M.
