Kathleen Ann Margetich, (nee Swanson) 60 of Wilmington, DE., died Thursday August 6, 2015 in her home. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Thelma (Rinaldi) Swanson. Cathy was an Administrative Assistant, employed by A.B.F. Freight Company. She formerly worked for Powell Electronics. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Child , Wilmington, DE. She enjoyed gardening, traveling especially on cruises. She loved the Caribbean. Cathy was known for her love of dancing and shopping. She was an avid shopper and was considered Queen of the malls. She enjoyed going to the beaches and the time spent in Virginia where she and Ron were planning to build their vacation home. Cathy was best known for having a positive outlook on life. Cathy also showed love for family, friends and coworkers and would give everything and loved to all. Cathy loved New York City and the Broadway Shows. Cathy on her days off delivered meals on wheels to seniors and for her love of animals she volunteered at pet shelters. Cathy’s wish is for everyone that ever knew her to enjoy life because it is precious. Her wish is for you to love and enjoy family life for her. Peace, love and a smile for all.
