Lillian A. “ Babchi” Karpovich, (nee Korsak) 89 of, Ridley Park, PA., died Sunday October 20,2013 in the Crozer-Keystone Hospice, Ridley Park, PA.. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Anna (Blissick) Korsak. Lillian resided in Ridley Park for the past 48 years coming from Chester,PA She served during World War II in the Army Nurses Corps. . She was a Register Nurse, for 35 years at Crozer-Chester Medical Cntr. Lillian was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church, MIlmont Park. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren Predeceased by her husband Elmer W. Karpovich and her sister Genevieve Clark. Survived by three daughters: Eileen Grimley of Ventor, NJ, Karen Hall of Ocean CIty, NJ, Alice Cavalli of Philadelphia, PA and two sons: Peter Karpovich of Leonardtown, MD., Matthew Karpovich of Reading, PA her sister: Joan Brittingham of Ridley Park, PA. 17 grandchildren, ; 14 great grandchildren, Funeral Mass: Thursday 10:30 am at Our Lady Of Peace Church, 200 MIlmont Ave, Milmont Park Visitation: Thursday from 9:15-10:15 AM at Our Lady Of Peace Church, 200 MIlmont Ave, Milmont Park, PA. Burial Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Crozer-Keystone Hospice 175 E. Chester Pk.
