Marie Panco
Marie B. Panco (nee Montgomery), 96 of Ridley Twp. Milmont Park, PA , died Monday November 18, 2013 in Sun Rise Assisted Living, Media, PA. Born April 16, 1917 in Wilkinsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and the late Mary Anne Greaney Montgomery. On the early death of her mother, she left school at age 14 to assume responsibility for running the house and care of her father and three siblings. Marie lived in Milmont Park for the past 57 years. She was an active member of Our Lady of Peace Church. Marie was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, OLP Sodality and the ladies Auxiliary, Knights of Columbus Peace Council 4518 She worked in the production Dept. at Buchans Loose Leaf Co., Clifton Hts., PA for over 40 years Predeceased by her husband of 34 years Leonard Panco. Her brother John Montgomery and her sister Eileen Glatthorn Survived by her sister: Margaret F. "Peg" Smith of Media, PA 16 Nieces and Nephews, 22 great nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 am at Our Lady of Peace Church, Milmont Ave, Milmont Park Friends may call Friday from 9:30 -10:30am at Our Lady Of Peace Church, Burial Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.
