Mary D. Runkle, 81 of Collingdale, PA, died Friday November 4, 2016 in the Broomall Rehabilitation Center, Broomall, PA. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and the late Mary (McNamee) McGroarty. Mary was a resident of Collingdale for the past 35 years coming from SW Philadlphia. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Springfield,PA , Collingdale Fire Co. #2, Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time at her summer home in Pot-Nets, DE Predeceased by Six brothers. Survived by her husband of 35 years: Wilbur Runkle two daughters: Donna (Christopher) Diviny and Debbie (David) Rose, 4 Grandchildren: Andrew and Eric Rose and Patrick and Nicole Diviny Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Lynbrooke & Bennett Roads, Springfield Friends may call Wednesday from 10-11:00 AM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Interment : Edgewood Memorial Park Co., Glen Mills.
