Rita F. DeMaio,(nee Falone) 86 of Lafayette Hill, PA, formerly of Ridley Twp.,died Monday June 9, 2014 in the Fairview Care Center of Bethlehem Pike, Philadelphia, PA. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and the late Erminia (Lepore) Falone. Rita was a long time resident of Milmont Park before moving in with her daughter 2 years ago. She was a retired receptionist, employed by Charles Peltzman & Co. Rita was a long time member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and a member of Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Peace Council Predeceased by her husband Amiel DeMaio, her son Frank De Maio,sisters Anna Donofrio and Mary Perakis and brother James Falone. Survived by one daughter: Karen ( Frank ) Stanczak . Daughter-in-law, Angela De Maio; 3 grandchildren, ; Michael and Matt Stanczak and Christy De Maio 1 Great Grandson, Evan De Maio Funeral Mass Thursday 10:30 am at Our Lady Of Peace Church, Milmont Ave, Milmont Park. Friends may call Thursday 9:15-10:15 AM at Our Lady Of Peace Church, Burial: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
