Victor E. Celia, 98 of Collingdale, PA, died Tuesday in the Little Flower Manor Nursing Home, Darby, PA. Born in Morton, PA, he was the son of the late Peter J. and the late Maria Celia. Mr. Celia served during World War II in the Army Air Corp He was a retired Construction worker. Victor was a member of ST Joseph’s Church, Collingdale and a chartered member of the Harold P. Saks Amvets Post 118, Morton, PA He enjoyed spending time with his family and his dogs. Predeceased by his siblings Survived by his wife of 49 years: Flora ( nee Blyth) Celia, one son: Joseph (Leslie) , two daughters: Victoria (David), Anne (Stephen) 10 grandchildren, ; 14 great grandchildren, Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Kevin M.
