Vincent J. Cesario, 80, of Woodlyn, PA, died peacefully surrounded by his family on December 23, 2015 at Bryn Mawr Hospital under hospice care. Vince is the son of the late Arthur Cesario and Antoinette Hayes. Vince was retired from Septa and Pennsylvania Railroad. Vince, affectionately known as “Mr. C’, was a beloved coach for the Briarcliffe Athletic Club and also long time softball umpire which he enjoyed as a pastime for many years. Vince enjoyed travelling and family parties with his long time companion, Barbara Catona to whom he was a loving and devoted partner. Vince is survived by his three daughters, Marie Lang (Joe), Theresa Wright and Sue Marinari. Former spouse of Pauline Cesario. Vince was also dearly loved by the children of Barbara Catona, Caroline and Jeffrey. Grandfather to Heather, Angelina, Gianna, Francesca and Andrea. and great grandfather to Tommy. Brother of Barbara Frank , Arleyne and the late Nancy. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Vince proudly served his country in the US Navy. Friends may call at a memorial service on Sunday, December 27 from 12 noon – 2pm at Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service, 202 S. Chester Pk, Glenolden, PA . Private burial at Washington Crossing National Cemetary at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Vincent’s name may be made to the Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice, 240 No. Radnor Chester Rd, Suite 100, Radnor, PA 19087.
