William Reese Bogsch

William R. Bogsch, 86 of Folsom, PA, died peacefully Friday February 27,2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John A and the late Natalie (Martin) Bogsch. He served in the U.S.Navy during both World War II and the Korean War. Bill lived in Folsom for the past 4 years. He previously lived in Millsboro, DE and Ridley Park, PA He was a retired Lab Technician, for ARCO Chemical Company in 1985 after 30 years of Service. He was a member of ST Madeline’s Church, Knights of Columbus Peace Council 4518 and 4th degree member of the Cardinal Dougherty Assembly. Bill was a member of the American Legion Post 28 Millsboro, DE. He was an avid history buff who enjoyed Western Movies, especially the ones starring John Wayne. Bill also was an avid coin and stamp collector. Predeceased by his wife Colleen E. (nee Rodgers) Bogsch, his sisters Doris Cathcart and Marie Brennan. Survived by his children:: William ( Kate) Bogsch of Genesee, PA., Marty ( Mary) Bogsch of Coatesville, PA, Thomas ( Belinda) Bogsch of Tampa, FL ,Mary ( Mark) Naklicki of Millsboro, DE, Alice (Larry) Piotti of Springfield, PA., Natalie ( Jim) Doughtery of Folsom, PA His brother: John Bogsch 16 grandchildren, ; 14 great grandchildren, ; 2 great great grandchildren, Funeral Mass Wednesday 10:30am Saint Madeline's Church, Morton Ave, Ridley Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 9-10:15am at Saint Madeline's Church, Morton Ave, Ridley Park, PA.. Burial: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
