William Wright

William “ Jud” Wright, Sr, 73 of Greenbackville , VA, died Friday December 5,2014 in the Costal Hospice @ The Lake, Salisbury, MD. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late William A and the late Louise M (Bonnell) Wright. Jud was a Resident of Ridley Twp. for 36 years before moving to Captain’s Cove in 2004. He was a retired Printer, employed by Southwest Graphics, Ridley Park, PA Jud was an active member of Our Lady of Peace Church and the Knights of Columbus Peace Council 4518. Jud was a Past Grand Knight and was a major part of Peace Council over the last 30 years. In addition to being a Grand Knight, he also served as President of Peace Home Association for about ten years. He played an active part in the Committee responsible for the Grotto of Our Blessed Mother in front of the Home. He was a 4th degree member of the Cardinal Dougherty Assembly. He enjoyed Boating, fishing , crabbing and spending time with his family and friends. Survived by his wife: Gail ( nee Kunkel) Wright, one son: William (Gwen) Wright, Jr three daughters: Lisa (Dewayne) Colvard, Terry (Pat) DiDomizio, Dawn (James) Kelly two Step sons, Donald (Joanne) Bosworth and , Brian (Arienne) Bosworth; 2 step daughters, Eleanor Rocca; and Tracey Carson; 20 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren One sister: Donna Shillingsburg and two brothers: James Wright, Robert Wright Funeral Mass Wednesday at 12 noon at Our Lady Of Peace Church, Milmont Ave, Milmont Park Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9PM and Wednesday from 10:15-11:15 am at Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service, 202 S. Chester Pk, Glenolden, PA Burial private.. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Knights Of Columbus Peace Council, PO Box 16, Folsom, PA 19033 online condolences and tributes may be placed on www.lyonsfs.com
