Betty C. Davies, 87, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014. She was born Dec. 5, 1926, in Blairsville, a daughter of the late Ray M. and Mary (Holter) Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John T. "Jack" Davies; a brother, Ray M. Campbell; and a sister, Jean C. Curnow. She is survived by two sons, John T. (Rowan Fiorilli) Davies, of Pittsburgh, and David G. (Margie) Davies, of Charlotte, N.C.; a daughter, Karen W. (Randy) Hauser, of Latrobe; two granddaughters, Brooke Davies of Charlotte, N.C., and Nikki (Nate) Fernando, of Minneapolis, Minn; two step-grandsons, Evan and Connor Patterson of Charlotte, N.C.; and by wonderful neighbors with kids who frequented Betty's candy store. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. A celebration service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Private entombment will be in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.
