Fern A. Bianco, 89, of Greensburg, died Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born September 10, 1926, in Somerset, a daughter of the late Leonard O’Dell and Bessie Ashman O’Dell Brubaker. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Carmen L. Bianco; two sons: Dean A. Waugaman and Billie A. Waugaman; a sister Bettie Rae Whitaker; and three half-sisters: Blanche Shuster, Anna Mae Carver, and Frances Bellarine. She is survived by a son: Clifford A. Waugaman, and wife Janet, of Greensburg; a daughter, Mona Cerk and husband Karl, of Jeannette; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
