Frank R. Kandcer, 63, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at his home. He was born October 27, 1950 in McKeesport, a son of the late Frank and Mildred Stokes. He was also predeceased by a sister Carol Stokes and a step-brother Russell Cibak. He is survived by his son Frank E. (Christie Santa) Kandcer, a daughter Patricia McNelis, two brothers: Robert and William Stokes; and step-siblings: Rebecca, Randy, and Richard.
