Gary A. Taylor, 66, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, October 26, 2016. He was born February 6, 1950, a son of the late Louis and Gladys Osterweiss Taylor. Gary attended the Engineering Institute of Pittsburgh. He was employed as a service technician for Sendell Motors, Greensburg. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Slovak Club of Mt. Pleasant. Gary enjoyed model railroading and never missed a Steelers game. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Karas and husband Taylor, of Greensburg; two grandchildren: Ian and Madeline Karas; a brother, Ronald Taylor, of Fla.; and a sister, Donna Bush, of Greensburg. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. There will be an opportunity to share memories of Gary at the conclusion of visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help offset funeral costs.
