Henry A. Poerio, 93, of McKeesport, died Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was born December 14, 1923 in Youngwood, a son of the late Guiseppe and Christina Audia Poerio. He was a homebuilder by profession, a great horseman and member of the Rolling Rock Hunt, a collector of many treasures, and a lover of animals and gardening. He traveled the world extensively. He was kind and generous to family and those he loved. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by nine siblings: Rosemary Geckle, Seraphina Dickerman, Maria Peoria, Christina Peoria, Angelo Poerio, Charles Poerio, Eugene Poerio, Floyd Poerio, and Ted Poerio. Henry is survived by a daughter, Christine (David) Loughran, of Greensburg; two grandsons: David (Sharon) Greene, of Greensburg, and Kevin (Tricia Maxey) Greene, of Greensburg; and four great-grandchildren: Samantha Henry, Lexi Greene, David H. Greene, and Annie Greene.
