James J. Emery, Sr., 80, of Greensburg, died Friday, November 6, 2015. He was born March 6, 1935, in Greensburg, a son of the late Joseph and Helen Bennett Emery. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Greensburg. Mr. Emery served his country in the Army. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Nancy L. Myers Emery; a granddaughter, Autumn; two brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by three sons: James J. Emery, Jr. and wife Kathryn, of Greensburg, Edward A. Emery, of Greensburg, and Ronald D. Emery and wife Serena of Jannette; a daughter Deborah Hutchinson and husband Timothy, of Ligonier; five grandchildren: James III, Amanda, Shane, Austin, and Lillian; three great-grandchildren: Amihn, Taryn, and Gracelee; and a sister, Barb Lohr, of Unity Twp.
