Jeanne N. Jennings, 91, of Greensburg, died Thursday, July 9, 2015. She was born January 20, 1924 in Greensburg, daughter of the late Carl A. and Annabelle Seanor Nelson. She was a charter member of Hempfield Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school and sang in the choir. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband William J. Jennings and a brother Carl A. Nelson. She is survived by a daughter Deta (William) Kitney of Greensburg; two granddaughters: Krista J. (Brian) Smith of Williamsport, Md. and Jana L. (Bryan) Crippen of Moon Twp.; and three great-grandchildren: Annabelle, Jack, and Lucy. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday at the BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. Interment will be private. The family wishes to thank Dr. DeGregory and the staff at Westmoreland Manor B-2 for their compassion and care.
