Margaret Liston

Margaret L. Liston, 85, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. She was born April 29, 1932, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Donato and Philomenia Moffa Panichella. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gerald E. Liston; a brother, Daniel Panichella; and two sisters, Mary Haines and Rose Boehme. She is survived by two sons, Gary S. (Lisa) Liston, of Greensburg, and Gerald E. (Christine) Liston Jr., of Greensburg; a daughter, Pam Cusano, of Greensburg; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas E. (Louise) Panichella, of Latrobe; a sister, Carmella DeFail, of Greensburg; two sisters-in-law, Kathy Panichella and Nancy Liston; and a number of nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. A blessing service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Mt. Pleasant Road, Greensburg.
